RUNDU – The Chairperson of the Shebeen Association in the Kavango Region, Celestinus Shikerete, has warned members of his association to operate in accordance with the Liquor Act.
He appealed to shebeen owners to ensure that they acquired licences and operated according to the required hours to avoid misunderstandings.
