OSHAKATI – The Ohangwena Regional Councillor for the Endola constituency, Noah Tuhadeleni, commended the Shack Dwellers Federation (SDF) for expanding its services into rural areas.
Officially opening a branch at Onhanadi village in his constituency, Tuhadeleni said the Federation’s initiative of organising poor people in rural areas to improve their living conditions was of paramount important.
