Second woman appears in court over Outjo baby kidnapping case

A SECOND suspect appeared in the Outjo Magistrate’s Court on Friday for her alleged role in kidnapping a newborn baby nearly two weeks ago.

She has been identified as 23-year-old Cetlien Geingos.
