JOHANNESBURG – A second arms cache has been found in the legislature of South Africa’s KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) province, but the building was searched yesterday and declared safe, police said.
A pipe bomb was discovered on Tuesday in the parliament building at Ulundi, a stronghold of the Zulu-dominated Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP), a week after explosives, a grenade and gunpower were found in a storage room at the legislature.
