OHANGWENA – The suspended principal of Shituwa Combined School at Endola in the Ohangwena Region, Ndumba Ndumba, appeared before the Oukwanyama Traditional Council on Wednesday.

Ndumba is accused of responsibility for the death of a pupil at his school, Olivia Mateus (17), in a car accident in June last year.
