A teacher at Mbambi Junior Primary School, Olavi Immanuel (30), was arrested for allegedly raping a 19-year-old pupil at Rundu.
He was arrested on Sunday at Sauyemwa, in the Kavango East region.
Immanuel was granted bail of N$2 000 when he appeared in the Rundu Magistrate’s Court on Monday.
He appearanced before magistrate Sonia Samupofu, who postponed the case to 26 November.
