RUNDU – Two people appeared briefly in the Magistrate’s Court here yesterday on charges of attempted murder.
They were arrested in the Ohangwena Region last week in connection with the shooting of a Chinese national, David Chin (34), and a Namibian youth, Petrus Kapikare (21), at Rundu’s Millennium Park Location.
