RUNDU – The construction of the multi-million dollar Rundu-Elundu road will only commence in 2009 and not this year as was initially envisaged.
Roads Authority (RA) Public Relations Officer, Audrin Mathe, confirmed to Nampa yesterday that construction will start in 2009 and finish in 2011.
