LONDON – The British aerospace giant Rolls-Royce announced on Friday a deal potentially worth more than US$500 million from Chinese regional carrier Hainan Airlines to supply engines for its newly-acquired 50 Embraer jets.
The agreement is for more than 100 AE 3007 engines and includes a long-term maintenance agreement, Rolls-Royce said in a statement.
