Respect culture, tradition – Ongandjera chief

Ongandjera chief Johaness Mupiya has urged young people to respect and preserve their culture and traditions.

Mupiya was speaking at the 94th birthday celebrations of founding president Sam Nujoma at Etunda village in the Omusati region.

Mupiya also said young people should emulate Nujoma’s “brave deed”.
“Respect the elders and all leaders. Respect your culture and traditions and pass it to your children and grandchildren,” Mupiya said.
