THE Namibia National Referees Committee has invited international referees and assistant referees to a Fifa Cooper Test which will take place at the Independence Stadium on September 17.
The invited match officials are requested to report at 07h00 at the stadium for the test and again at 14h00 at Soccer House for the theory test on the said date.
