Reduce Civil Service

THE Government could reduce the number of civil servants by gradually abolishing useless positions.People who were doing unnecessary jobs should be given other jobs to do instead of creating additional posts.

It is amazing that some directorates have some people with great skills and capabilities who are just underutilised and as a result simply get bored and resort to reading newspapers, surfing the Internet and loafing around.
