Rain breaks the heatwave

SEVERAL parts of the country received good rains from Sunday to Monday morning, with Windhoek’s Suiderhof suburb receiving the highest rainfall of 30 millimetres.

Odillo Kgobetsi at the Windhoek Weather Bureau told The Namibian yesterday that Academia in Windhoek received 29 mm while Outjo measured with 25,6 mm.
