Quality For The Next President

I THINK this is a difficult period for Namibia, and for the President of this nation, when it comes to the question of who could be the next president.

When I look at The Namibian today compared to the time when the country was called South West African in the colonial era, much was done under the leadership of the Honourable Dr. Sam Nuyoma.
