Promises And Lies

Promises And Lies

COME on already!! What is the ECN up to now? Just the spot check by The Namibian already points out discrepancies on the voter’s roll of thousands of people. Who are the ECN trying to fool? Are they seriously trying, this early, to rig our elections to keep Swapo in control?

This is a vote of no confidence in the ECN. I seriously think we need UN intervention here before Swapo and the ECN (which I believe are working hand-in-glove) start pulling their political rabbits out of the election hat with missing ballot boxes and force-fed voter’s rolls and who knows what next. It is not a single incident but the overall picture that points the finger at underhandedness being committed at this stage. Wake up Namibians!! Your milk is being stolen out of your morning coffee – under your noses. We’ve got no choice but to end this Swapo regime before there is nothing left of this country for our children and their children. Talking of children – struggle kids and born-frees – do you like the lies and empty promises? Because that is what lies ahead for you (again!) if Swapo is allowed to continue corrupting our Namibia. You are being led by the noses with promises and lies. Believe me when I say that you will have nothing and get nothing if you yourselves don’t work for it. Enough ‘struggling’! Start working. And let’s start by ridding ourselves of the political dinosaur in our stables. I think the next step would have to be taking care of the Chinese threat. Yes, threat, because they are taking and denying our people jobs and a future. Before we can wipe our eyes, ours will be a Swapo-Chinese government. I wonder about kickbacks and the lining of fat-cats’ pockets for contracts and employment. And can anybody tell me how many thousands of Chinese nationals are in Namibia right now? And how many of those are going to be allowed to vote? If we don’t stop this tendency in its tracks right now, we will find ourselves in a world of hurt before long. The Chinese ‘comrades’ handing out cash, equipment and bursaries (for government-elite kids…) are the same ones raping and pillaging our resources, stealing Namibians’ employment opportunities – with government approval I dare say – because nothing is being done to stop it. A loota continua, indeed…Why do we need 13 political parties? Thirteen! In a country of barely two million people. Ludicrous! Swapo, of course, are supporting the formation of more and more political parties in Namibia for theirs is a motto of ‘divide and rule’. If the opposition parties cannot combine to force Swapo out of government, they (Swapo) will continue ruling. (I say ‘ruling’ and not ‘leading’ because leaders show integrity.) Party heads, your hunt for ‘status’ as a ‘President’ of some backwater political party are costing all Namibians dearly. Wake up and smell the coffee before it is stolen. Leaders of small parties must decommission them because they are useless in fighting Swapo and only assist in dividing Namibians. People like you keep Swapo in power. Don’t you realise that none of you will ever be the Namibian President? How amazingly obtuse! I mean, come on, your parties have the political clout of a wet tissue! All talk and no action. And Swapo KNOWS that!TheoVia e-mailNote: This letter has been shortened – Ed
