PRESIDENT Hage Geingob is driving in a convoy of Namibian Defence Force (NDF) army trucks en route to some of Windhoek’s crime hot spots such as Hakahana, Golgotha and Havana as part of Operation Hornkranz, a crime patrol operation launched in the capital yesterday.
He is accompanied by NDF, city police and members of the Namibian police.
