President calls for innovation, hard work

PRESIDENT Sam Nujoma has challenged regional and local leaders in the Karas Region to reorganise themselves and plan scientifically to exploit the abundant natural resources in the region.

“We can’t rely on outsiders, therefore we have to reorganise ourselves,” he said.
