M+Z Mercedes-Benz has appointed Pombili Shilongo as its newest brand ambassador.
Shilongo, a media personality, received a brand new car as part of the partnership.
The appointment was announced by the dealer’s manager, Mark Breitenbach on Saturday.
“Shilongo’s selection as brand ambassador stems from her representation of the current and next generation of clientele, making her a natural fit for collaboration on the next generation of products and services in Namibia,” said Breitenbach.
“I’m incredibly excited and honoured to be selected by such a brand as an ambassador in a deal of this magnitude.
“For them to choose me as the first woman ambassador is a great honour. I’m looking forward to re-igniting Namibians’ belief that their dreams and aspirations are attainable,” Shilongo says.
Shilongo also hopes the campaign will inspire other influencers and show the possibilities available to them in the market.
