THE Swapo district co-ordinator for the Berseba constituency, Willem Isaak (35), on Thursday made yet another appearance in the Keetmanshoop Magistrate’s Court on a charge of malicious damage to property.
Isaak, who is also Chairman of the Berseba Village Council, made a tenth court appearance in what appears to be a very simple case.
