THE Swapo district co-ordinator for the Berseba constituency, Willem Isaak (36), yesterday made another appearance in the Keetmanshoop Magistrate’s Court on a charge of malicious damage to property.
Isaak, who is also Chairman of the Berseba Village Council, made an 11th court appearance in what appears to be a very simple case.
