A POLICE officer appeared on murder charges in the Katima Mulilo Magistrate’s Court on Monday for shooting dead a Zambian national who was allegedly fishing illegally in Namibian waters in the Nsundwa area.
Francis Sikwai Musanza (30) died instantly when he was struck in the abdomen by a bullet fired by Mofat Muyandulwa.
