Police seek help to identify man in sketch

THE Police have released a sketch of a man who may be able to help them with the investigation of the death of a young Windhoek resident who was found strangled next to the city’s Western Bypass road on August 20.

The man is light-skinned, has blonde hair, has possible acne scars on his face, and is estimated to be between 35 and 40 years old.
