Police probe two knife murders

THE Katutura Police are looking for the person or persons who slit the throat of a 26-year-old man on Sunday night.

Lukas Hendrik Orr died along Shanghai street in Khomasdal, the Police reported yesterday. * At Gobabis, a 19-year-old man was fatally stabbed in the chest on Sunday.Leon Hamaseb died instantly at a shebeen in the Epako suburb at around 00h35 on Sunday.A 17 year old youth has been arrested on murder charges.The pair had allegedly been fighting earlier that evening.* Police at Arandis are searching for a suspect who escaped from their custody on Friday.Ashley van Wyk, a.k.a.
