Pensioner reported missing after leaving home to seek medical attention

The police in Windhoek are appealing to the public to assist in locating a 65-year-old woman, Mary Tuyeni Hangula, who has been missing since Friday.

Hangula left her home at Groot Aub to seek medical attention in Windhoek on Friday, and is reported to have contacted her daughter at Swakopmund over the phone on Sunday.

Hangula was driving a brown Toyota Rav4 with the registration JOS1V5 NA.
So far, joint efforts by her family and the police to find her have yielded no success.

“Mrs Mary Tuyeni Hangula herself or any person who might have seen her or knows her whereabouts is requested to contact detective inspector Iipwaakena on 081 635 6382 or the daughter on 081 431 6273 or any nearest police station,” the police stated on Sunday.
