Popular Democratic Movement (PDM) Oshana regional coordinator Theofelus Kamati was sworn in as a member of parliament on Thursday.
This follows the resignation of party legislator Vipuakuje Muharukua from the National Assembly and the party earlier this month.
Kamati was the PDM’s candidate for the Oshakati East constituency by-election in 2019, but lost to Swapo’s Abner Shikongo.
