RUNDU – The Regional Councillor for Rundu Rural Constituency, Herbert Shixwameni, has called on parents – especially those looking after orphans – to ensure that they registered all orphans with the relevant ministries.
Shixwameni said that through this process, orphans across the country would be able to get assistance from the Government.
