POLICE at Oshakati have arrested three members of a family from Kandjengedi village near Ongwediva in connection with the death of a 12-year-old girl.
Deputy Commissioner of Police Josef Anghuwo told The Namibian that Lonia Ndeshipanda Shatumbu was found dead in her parents’ house last Thursday.
