RENOWNED estate agency, Pam Golding International (Windhoek Branch), pipped 15 other companies to be appointed for the leasing and selling of space within Namibia’s envisaged largest business complex, Northland City, which is to be constructed soon in Helao Nafidi.
Northland’s Corporate Communications, Marketing and Business Manager Tony Mbok said Pam Golding was appointed following a tender procedure which had a total of 16 candidates, both real estate companies and individuals, competing for the deal.
