The Oshana health directorate has called for unemployed nursing graduates and retired nurses to participate in the upcoming national polio vaccination campaign.
“The Oshana health directorate invites unemployed applicants to work as vaccinators and data recorders,” regional health director Johanna Heimene said in a statement on Monday.
Applicants must be retired nurses, nursing graduates or graduates with health sector backgrounds.
Applicants must be registered with the Health Professional Council of Namibia.
The polio vaccination campaign will run from 26 to 29 January and 24 to 27 February.
The last day for applications is Wednesday.
