OSHAKATI – A minute of silence was observed in memory of the late Oshana Regional AIDS Co-ordinator, Albertina Haneb, at an Oshana Regional AIDS Co-ordination Committee (RACOC) meeting held here on Friday.
It was the first meeting of RACOC members since Haneb died recently.
