A RESIDENT of Onawa village in the Omusati Region, Elizabeth MukwaÂhepo waShilongo Mofuka, died in her house at Onawa village on Sunday at the age of 120 years.
According to one of her sons, Theofelus Mofuka, she was born in 1886 and had lived at Onawa for many years. She is survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.Mofuka, a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Namibia (Elcin), will be buried from the Onawa Elcin Church on Friday.Many people from Onawa, as well as traditional leaders including the Chief of Ombalantu, Oswin Mukulu, and his Traditional Council, are expected to attend.She is survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.Mofuka, a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Namibia (Elcin), will be buried from the Onawa Elcin Church on Friday.Many people from Onawa, as well as traditional leaders including the Chief of Ombalantu, Oswin Mukulu, and his Traditional Council, are expected to attend.
