US crude oil futures edged up to US$60 a barrel yesterday, building on the previous day’s gains after US data showed a decline in fuel stocks while traders pondered whether Opec may cut its output again in December.
US light, sweet crude for December was up 22 cents at US$60,05 a barrel, adding to Wednesday’s 90-cent gain. London Brent crude rose 36 cents to US$59,95 a barrel.London Brent crude rose 36 cents to US$59,95 a barrel.
