No known flood deaths

BY late yesterday afternoon Police in Windhoek had not received any reports of deaths as a result of Friday night’s floods in Windhoek.

Police spokesperson Warrant Officer Christopher Munyika said it appeared that a report of two young children having drowned in the flood waters in the capital was only a rumour.
