STANDARD Bank North I am writing this with tears in my eyes.
On 3 May 2004 someone deposited money into my account. The depositor was from another bank (FNB), this means I had to wait 7 days.On 5 May 2004 I went to Standard Bank Yetu Centre Oshakati, to ask for emergency clearance, but they said they cannot help me.I would have to wait for 7 days.On 13 May I went back to the bank, this time I went to Uutapi, but they said I must come again on 14 May.The money was not there. What I failed to understand is that their clearance may be done after nine days because the day I went back it was the eighth day.The Uutapi people did not help me.This is discouraging to Standard Bank clients. This will chase us from Standard Bank.I want the general manager and regional manager of Standard Bank to answer me in the newspaper because there are many people with Standard Bank accounts. This poor service means there is no emergency clearance for the nation.Unhappy OutapiThe depositor was from another bank (FNB), this means I had to wait 7 days.On 5 May 2004 I went to Standard Bank Yetu Centre Oshakati, to ask for emergency clearance, but they said they cannot help me.I would have to wait for 7 days.On 13 May I went back to the bank, this time I went to Uutapi, but they said I must come again on 14 May.The money was not there. This poor service means there is no emergency clearance for the nation.Unhappy Outapi
