Netball will take centre stage on the FNB Classic Clashes agenda this weekend when Etosha and Otjiwarongo Secondary Schools as well as Edugate and Moria Private Schools meet on 26 and 27 June in Tsumeb and Otjiwarongo respectively.
Otjiwarongo have lost their FNB Classic clashes against Tsumeb for the past two years in a row and their coach Hanneke von Solms said they had trained extra hard to win this year’s encounter.
“We have been practicing ever since the first trimester before the netball season started. Some of our players are in Grade 10 and 12, but they made the effort to be there which shows dedication and having a passion for netball.”
She said they were highly motivated to win the match.
“The adrenaline has started building and we cant wait for the match to start,” she said.
