The Namibia Economic Freedom Fighters (NEFF) has filed court papers against the Electoral Commission of Namibia for their deregistration.
The party’s deputy leader, Kalimbo Iipumbu, confirmed this with The Namibian on Monday afternoon. NEFF was deregistered due to failing to submit financial statements as required by the Electoral Act.
