South African gospel Ndokozo Mbambo will be in Namibia on Friday for a live DVD recording session of the track ‘All We Need’ with Maranatha Goroh.
The song, which was produced by Nqobeko and features on Maranatha’s second album ‘Intimate Love’, has been trending globally for the past three years on various internet music platforms.
Maranatha says the DVD recording session was originally scheduled to take place two years ago but was postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
“Since then, we have been getting ready for this recording,” says Maranatha.
During the recording session, guests can look forward to amazing and entirely live performances from two gospel musicians.
The free event is scheduled to take place at a date to be announced, at the NamPower Convention Centre.
The singer says there will be many other surprises and entertainment activities on offer as well, apart from the live recording.
Mbambo joined the band Joyous Celebration when she was 15. Since then she has developed her talent and produced a number of gospel singles, including ‘Esiphambanweni’, ‘We Pray for More’, and ‘Jehovah Is Your Name’.
She collaborated with Maranatha on the popular gospel single in 2019, which was well received by fans.
Speaking from South Africa recently, Mbambo expressed her excitement at the opportunity to showcase her talents to Namibians during the DVD recording session, and extended an invitation to all Namibians to attend.
