THE Namibian Navy on Friday marched through Swakopmund for the first time as part of its fourth anniversary celebrations over the weekend.
Lieutenant Commander Naftali Shuumbwa accepted the “freedom of the town” from Deputy Mayor Paul Rooi in the absence of Mayor Germina Shitaleni.
