The 2024 Namibia Senior Secondary Certificate Ordinary and Advanced Subsidiary level results will be released on 14 January 2025.
This was announced by Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture executive director Sanet Steenkamp on Tuesday.
“The ministry wishes to extend our warmest appreciation to all our teachers and markers, moderators, as well as staff members involved in the grading and grade review, as our whole aim is to ensure that we offer genuine and credible results to the Namibian nation,” she said.
Steenkamp urged parents, guardians and candidates to prepare emotionally for the release of the results.
“We acknowledge that this is a sensitive period, and we wish to request all our parents and the candidates, be they part-time candidates or full-time candidates, to prepare for the release of the results.”
While the ministry has yet to confirm the specific method for disseminating the results, Steenkamp highlighted the importance of providing reassurance and maintaining hope for pupils as they await their outcomes.
Further details regarding the release process will be announced in the coming weeks, she added.
