THE Ondangwa Town Council has severely demoted Mayor Priskila Kauna Nashandi, who is also the chairperson of the Ondangwa Annual Trade Fair, during its annual election of office bearers on Friday.
Nashandi did not win a position in the Council’s management committee and had to be satisfied with being an ordinary Council member, along with Councillor Pete Ndeshiupanda Shituula.
