Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy executive director Ben Nangombe went on a familiarisation visit tour to several industrial projects in the Oshana region on Friday, the ministry reports.
According to the ministry, the purpose of the visit was to gain first-hand insight into the status, progress and challenges of industrial initiatives in the region.
“Nangombe visited key facilities and project sites and engaged with stakeholders on the ground to better understand the operational landscape and explore ways the ministry can enhance support for micro, small and medium enterprises.”
“He also met with staff at the ministry’s Oshana Regional Office, where he held discussions aimed at strengthening service delivery as well as internal and external collaboration,” the ministry says.
