Nangolo eyes greatness beyond ‘stepping stone’ Ajoma

Flame ‘Specialone’ Nangolo will fight experienced Ghanaian Felix Ajoma for the vacant WBO Africa super featherweight belt in Windhoek on 29 March.

The undefeated Nangolo is steadily building a reputation as one of the most exciting boxing talents to emerge from Namibia in recent times.

This fight is seen as a litmus test of his prowess and durability against a rugged rival on the international stage.

“Felix Ajoma, a seasoned fighter with an impressive record of 22 wins, two losses, and one draw . . . He will be a formidable opponent for Nangolo,” says Immanuel Moses, the founder of AC Boxing Promotions, who will stage the showdown.

“With his wealth of experience, Ajoma aims to prove himself in this major title fight. This event promises to be an electrifying night for boxing fans as two warriors step into the ring for what is sure to be a historic battle,” he says.

Tickets to the fight cost N$300 for general admission and N$15 000 for a table for 10.
