Namsov trawler captain arrested

THE captain of a fishing vessel belonging to Namsov Fishing Enterprises was arrested on Sunday for fishing in a restricted area.

The Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources, Nangula Mbako, said the Namsov vessel ‘Namibia Star’ was spotted during a routine fisheries patrol.
