THE Media Institute of Southern Africa (Misa) has announced the appointment of Kaitira Kandjii as its new Regional Director from April 1.
Kandjii (43), a Namibian, was the head of Freedom of Expression at the Misa Regional Secretariat in Windhoek before his appointment.
