BRONWYN Tarr, a Namibian student studying in South Africa, has been selected as the St Andrew’s College Rhodes Scholar-Elect to go to Oxford University in 2009.
She is the daughter of Peter and Jacquie Tarr, well-known Namibian environmentalists.
