Namibia is preparing to host the Namibia Annual Wedding Expo & Summit 2025.
The event is set to take place from 19 to 20 September at the Windhoek International Conference Centre and it promises to bring together engaged couples, wedding vendors, planners and professionals from across the country.
With free entry for all ages, the event is designed to be family-friendly and accessible to anyone interested in the wedding industry or currently planning their special day.
This year’s theme, ‘Discover the Magic of Namibia: The Perfect Wedding Destination’, highlights the country’s growing reputation as one of Africa’s top wedding locations. From the dramatic dunes of Sossusvlei to the coastal charm of Swakopmund and the wild beauty of Etosha National Park, Namibia offers unforgettable backdrops for couples dreaming of a one-of-a-kind wedding experience.
Windhoek International Conference Centre cluster general manager Judd Lehmann says they are honoured to host the wedding expo and summit.
“We look forward to hosting this event and many more to come, collaborating with various stakeholders to promote Namibia and put it on a global stage,” says Lehmann.
The expo will feature a variety of wedding-related services and products, from photography, catering and bridal fashion to entertainment and décor. Fashion shows and live demos will showcase the latest trends in wedding gowns and accessories, while workshops and expert-led sessions will offer valuable insights to both couples and industry professionals.
One of the key highlights of the event is the wedding summit, where attendees can learn about planning tips, current trends and do-it-yourself ideas through interactive discussions.
The event will offer a valuable opportunity for businesses in the wedding space. Small and medium-sized enterprises can apply for exhibition stands, while corporate vendors can book stands for maximum visibility.
Organisers are also offering sponsorship and partnership packages for brands looking to expand their reach and connect with a targeted audience.
