Namibian Google Search Volumes for Social Media Platforms
Namibian search volumes show growing interest in social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, and TikTok, while interest in Facebook has continued to decline to a fraction of its popularity in the early 2010s.
Search interest in LinkedIn, Reddit, and TikTok reached record highs in early 2025, marking their peak search volumes as a share of total searches.
Instagram has maintained a steady share since its peak in December 2020, while interest in Pinterest (pun intended) has gradually recovered since early 2021.
Seasonal trends are evident across several platforms, with Instagram consistently peaking in December, whereas LinkedIn records its lowest search volumes in December and typically peaks in July.
*Search query volumes are not representative of the total number of users on a platform.
