Namibia have won the 2015 Cosafa Cup. They beat Mozambique 2-0 with tricky winger Deon Hotto scoring both goals. It’s a fairytale win for coach Ricardo Mannetti and his assistant Ronnie Kanalelo who came close twice as players in the late 1990s.

12′ – Mozambique win the first corner of the match after Luis Parkim’s cross is deflected out. It comes to nothing.
15′ – A long ball intended for Deon Hotto goes wide.
17′ – Both teams resorting to the use of the long ball in the first quarter of the game.
19′ – Namibia try to come through from the middle as Wangu Gome is thwarted by Francisco Muchanga.
23′ – Benson Shilongo heads wide of the goal from a cross from the right by Shalulile.
25′ – Mozambique spread the ball wide to the left but Isac Decarvalho cannot connect.
27′ – Denzil Hoaseb sends looping cross from the right for Namibia that is cut out by the Mozambican defenders.
29′ – Decarvalho is caught offside as Mozambique break away.
32′ – Namibia employ the off-side trap again this time catching Saddan Guambe.
36′ – GOAL! Namibia have the lead! Deon Hotto nets after a swift counter-attack and the Brave Warriors are ahead! 1-0!
38′ – Hotto comes charging down the left flank again but he is halted by a clearance by Norberto Norberto.
39′ – Mozambique sub: An early tactical change as in comes Gildo Vilancoulous for skipper Momed Hagi.
41′ – Namibia survive a huge scare as Chris Katjiukua makes an acrobatic kick to clear the ball off the line with the keeper beaten.
44′ – Edmilson Dove goes down injured on the left flank.
45′ – There will be one minute of additional time …
