OSHAKATI – Namibia and Angola have signed a Memorandum of Technical Agreement on prevention and control of communicable diseases along the two countries’ common border.
Health Director for the Oshana Region, Dr Naftali Hamata, said this when he closed a three-day ‘cross-bordering meeting’ at Oshakati between senior health officials from both countries.
