Despite making it to the finals of the Mil- lionärswahl competition, Ees failed to win the grand prize.
The show, which was held late last year, had six other finalists competing for a grand prize of one Million Euros. Ees, who is a Channel O Video Music Award and Namibian Annual Music Award winner, had promised to support the Rhino Trust Namibia, several orphanages in the country and multiple educational exchange projects which he is already involved in had he won. Even though he didn’t win, Ees was not too disappointed andwashappywithhisperformance on the show. “The competition was great – even if we didn’t win–we killed the show.”
